BATIC App — Privacy Policy

BATIC is the internal practice-management application of Batic Law Firm
("the Firm"). It is intended for use by the Firm's employees and authorized personnel only.
This policy explains what the app collects and how it is used.
Information the app processes
- Account information — your work email and password are used to sign in to
the Firm's own system. Credentials you choose to remember are stored encrypted on your
device only.
- Work data — matters, cases, tasks, timesheets, clients, leave requests and
documents you access or create are read from and written to the Firm's private server
(ERPNext at sys.baticfirm.com) over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Location — used only at the moment you tap check-in/check-out (or
send an attendance request), to verify presence at the office and record the punch
location. The app does not track location in the background.
- Files — documents or photos you explicitly choose to upload (e.g. matter
documents, sick-leave notes) are transferred to the Firm's server.
- Push notification token — a device token from Google Firebase Cloud
Messaging is stored on the Firm's server so work notifications (task assignments,
approvals, court-session reminders) can be delivered to your device.
What the app does NOT do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties.
- No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- No background location tracking.
Service providers
Notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Map tiles
on check-in screens are loaded from OpenStreetMap. All work data is stored on the
Firm's own server.
Data retention & deletion
Work records are retained according to the Firm's internal policies and applicable law.
Accounts are provisioned by the Firm; to deactivate an account or request deletion of
personal data, contact it@baticfirm.com. Uninstalling
the app removes all locally stored data, including remembered credentials.
Children
The app is a workplace tool and is not directed at children.
Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted at this address.

تطبيق «باتك» هو تطبيق إدارة الأعمال الداخلي لشركة باتك للمحاماة،
وهو مخصص لموظفي الشركة والمصرّح لهم فقط. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق
وكيفية استخدامها.
البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق
- بيانات الحساب — يُستخدم بريدك الوظيفي وكلمة المرور لتسجيل الدخول إلى نظام
الشركة. وإذا اخترت تذكّر بيانات الدخول فإنها تُخزَّن مشفّرة على جهازك فقط.
- بيانات العمل — المسائل والقضايا والمهام وسجلات الدوام والعملاء وطلبات الإجازة
والمستندات تُقرأ وتُكتب على خادم الشركة الخاص (sys.baticfirm.com) عبر اتصالات مشفّرة.
- الموقع الجغرافي — يُستخدم فقط عند الضغط على تسجيل الحضور/الانصراف
(أو إرسال طلب حضور) للتحقق من التواجد في المكتب وتسجيل موقع البصمة.
لا يتتبع التطبيق موقعك في الخلفية.
- الملفات — المستندات أو الصور التي تختار رفعها (مثل مستندات المسائل أو التقارير
الطبية) تُنقل إلى خادم الشركة.
- رمز الإشعارات — يُخزَّن رمز الجهاز من خدمة Firebase من Google على خادم الشركة
لتوصيل إشعارات العمل إلى جهازك.
ما لا يفعله التطبيق
- لا إعلانات ولا معرّفات إعلانية.
- لا بيع أو مشاركة للبيانات الشخصية مع أطراف ثالثة.
- لا أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع خارجية.
- لا تتبّع للموقع في الخلفية.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تُحفظ سجلات العمل وفق سياسات الشركة والأنظمة المعمول بها. تُنشأ الحسابات من قبل الشركة؛
ولإلغاء تفعيل حساب أو طلب حذف البيانات الشخصية يُرجى التواصل عبر
it@baticfirm.com. إزالة التطبيق تحذف جميع البيانات
المخزّنة محليًا بما فيها بيانات الدخول المحفوظة.
التغييرات
تُنشر أي تحديثات لهذه السياسة على هذه الصفحة.
